A majority of body forms and dress forms are basically "stuck" in the pose that they're in. The shoulders normally do not move up and down nor do the elbows move for most body forms and dress forms. These flexible body forms and dress forms have varying levels of flexiblity and posability depending on the body forms and dress forms. Some of them only have shoulder and elbow joints that can move. Others are made out of a dense foam that can be posed into any kind of position.
